Cracked slab out, beautiful surface in.
Replacing or overlaying tired, cracked or stained concrete patios, walks and drives with pavers or stone, on a proper base.
- Options: Overlay or remove and rebuild
- Check: Slab condition and door heights
- Surface: Pavers or natural stone

What it is, and why it matters.
Old concrete cracks, stains and settles. Sometimes a sound slab can serve as the base for a thin overlay of pavers or stone, saving demolition cost. When the slab is badly cracked or sloped wrong, we remove it, build a proper base and start fresh. We check the slab's condition, height limits at doors and drainage before recommending a path.
Many Nashville homes have builder-grade slabs that were never designed to look good. A conversion gives them color, pattern and repairability, and we can extend and blend the area at the same time.

Concrete-to-Paver Conversions: common questions
Can pavers go over my old concrete?
Often yes, if the slab is sound, drains properly and the added height does not interfere with doors or steps. We check before recommending it.
Is overlaying cheaper than replacing?
Usually, because there is no demolition or hauling. But a bad slab is better removed. We help you decide.
